f279943b04 Add default date range to study search when no StudyInstanceUID is provided 
- Automatically set StudyDate to cover yesterday and today when no specific StudyDate or StudyInstanceUID is given
- Log query and URL for debugging purposes
- Use moment.js to generate date range dynamically
